AC Tune-Up
An AC tune-up is a comprehensive maintenance service for your air conditioning system designed to keep it running efficiently and to prevent potential breakdowns. During a tune-up, Mountain Air SRQ’s 23 point inspection looks at all facets of your HVAC system. This includes:
- Record refrigerant pressures, superheat and subcool
- Inspect wiring, contacts, and relays
- Inspect evaporator coil
- Inspect condenser
- Vacuum and flush condensate drain
- Inspect outdoor disconnect
- Inspect condenser fan motor & blades
- Take electrical readings from all main components
When completed you will receive recommendation(s) for any further maintenance or repair(s) needs of your system.
Regular tune-ups help improve energy efficiency, extend the lifespan of your AC, and ensure it works properly when you need it most.
